A bit about me and the work.

My journey in real estate began with a leap of faith in 1981. Born and raised in the coastal neighborhoods of Pacific Beach and Bay Park in San Diego, I was persuaded by a developer friend to move halfway across the country to Austin to sell UT condos. What was intended to be a temporary venture turned into a lifelong calling. Falling in love with the energy, growth, and unique character of the Texas market, I traded the California coast for the Texas landscape and never looked back. Over the last four decades, I have had the privilege of being involved in more than three billion dollars in real estate transactions across major premier markets, developing a foundational, front-row understanding of how modern Texas real estate has evolved.
